MAGNUS ARCHER generally use reputable courier companies that can handle the weight and size of our products. We quote delivery as a separate cost. Delivery will be arranged to suit your location and timing requirements. MAGNUS ARCHER will always aim to dispatch products that have been ordered and paid for within 24 hours of payment. If we are unable to dispatch within 24 hours, you will be notified by either e-mail of telephone. Where goods are not in stock, we will notify you that we don't carry stock and inform you of the expected delivery time.

We don't accept returns simply because you chose the wrong product. It is important to correctly research your product requirements. If you need to return your product for any reason, the warranty policy will be used to determine the validity of any returned goods. If a return is made and there is not a genuine reason for the return, according to the warranty policy, the company reserves the right to send the product back to you and charge for the delivery. We will always contact you to discuss returns and aim to resolve any issues you may have and at the total discretion of MAGNUS ARCHER, we may decide to accept a return and offer an alternative product or a suitable refund to be agreed by you.
